It appearing to the Court from the sworn allegations of the Petitioner’s Affidavit of Diligent Search that the whereabouts of the Respondent, AMANDA COLEMAN, are unknown and cannot be ascertained with reasonable diligence, and in the State of Tennessee, it is, therefore, ORDERED that Respondent be served by publication of the following notice for four (4) consecutive weeks in Murfreesboro Post a newspaper of general circulation published in Murfreesboro, Tennessee.

It is further ORDERED that if Respondent, AMANDA COLEMAN, does not enter an appearance or otherwise answer the petition, further personal service or service by further publication shall be dispensed with and service of any future notices, motions, orders or other legal documents in this matter may be made upon Respondent by filing the same with the Clerk of the Juvenile Court of Jefferson County, Tennessee.

AMANDA COLEMAN

The State of Tennessee, Department of Children’s Services, has filed a Petition seeking to dependency and neglect regarding the above named children. It appears that ordinary process of law cannot be served upon you because your whereabouts are unknown. You are, therefore, ordered to respond by filing an Answer to the Petition to transfer temporary legal custody and for exparte order filed against you. A copy of the Petition relay be obtained at the office of the Juvenile Court of Jefferson County which is located at 765 Justice Center Drive, Dandridge, TN 37725. Your Court date is January 22, 2020 at 9:00 a.m. You must appear that day at the Jefferson County Courthouse where this matter is being specially heard. This notice will be published for four consecutive weeks. The last date of publication will be November 26, 2019. If no Answer is filed, a Default Judgment

will be taken against you without further notice to you. Entered this 23rd day of October, 2019.
